one of my best day ever, thanks GOD!
anyway... I recieved an e-mail entitled 36 Christian Ways to Reduce Stress (salah grammar ga siy niy??) Let's see which points that I used to do =)
1. Pray OK... meskipun suka bolong kalau kecapekan sehingga kebablasan langsung tidur malam dan juga kalau bangun kesiangan (terburu-buru, hiks..)
2. Go to bed on time Haiyaaa... on time itu kapan? Jadwal tidurku tak pernah benar
3. Get up on time so you can start the day unrushed Nah lho... huhuhu.. Biasanya kalau bangun pagi2 banget itu justru gara2 mau mengerjakan sesuatu dan.... tetap terburu-buru. Ga sehat niy hidup gw..
4. Say No to projects that won't fit into your time schedule, or that will compromise your mental health Yah.... tapi kalo tugas kuliah kan ga bisa ditawar -_-" 5. Delegate tasks to capable others It will happen when I'm the boss...
6. Simplify and unclutter your life Piye????
7. Less is more (Although one is often not enough, two are often too many.) ga mudeng...
8. Allow extra time to do things and to get to places seperti ke bioskop? haha...
9. Pace yourself. Spread out big changes and difficult projects overtime; don't lump the hard things all together maunya juga gitu...
10. Take one day at a time Yo yo yo...
11. Separate worries from concerns. If a situation is a concern, find out what God would have you do and let go of the anxiety. If you can't do anything about a situation, forget it Haha... cinta ni gw ma ni statement. If I can't do anything about a situation, forget it! Coz only God can solve it... haha...
12. Live within your budget; don't use credit cards for ordinary purchases Belum punya kok.. 13. Have backups; an extra car key in your wallet, an extra house key buried in the garden, extra stamps, etc Ck Ck Ck... ga mungkin deh kayaknya gw punya extra car key secara blom punya mobil... wakakakaka...
14. K.M.S. (Keep Mouth Shut). This single piece of advice can prevent an enormous amount of trouble Duw duw duw duw... susah niy ngontrol mulut.. hehe.. 15. Do something for the Kid in You everyday apaan siy? kok K n Y nya kapital? 16. Carry a Bible with you to read while waiting in line ada tuw di HP.. haha.. 17. Get enough rest I'd love to... 18. Eat right Tentunya... Akhir2 ini saya agak boros makannya, huhu..
19. Get organized so everything has its place gw banget T_T
20. Listen to a tape while driving that can help improve your quality of life duh... driving apaan? 21. Write down thoughts and inspirations itulah gunanya blog, tapi sayangnya cuma gw isi sama curhatan T__T 22. Every day, find time to be alone pasti donk... minimal saat mandi. haha... 23. Having problems? Talk to God on the spot. Try to nip small problems in the bud. Don't wait until it's time to go to bed to try and pray. Yup2... sering banget gw ngomong dalam hati... And it really help!
24. Make friends with Godly people Blom punya temen atheis niy gw...
25. Keep a folder of favorite scriptures on hand ga punya T_T
26. Remember that the shortest bridge between despair and hope is often a good "Thank you Jesus." bersyukurlah dalam segala hal, ya tho? 27. Laugh. mayan...
28. Laugh some more! he?? ntar dikira gila lho...
29. Take your work seriously, but not yourself at all hmmm..
30. Develop a forgiving attitude (most people are doing the best they can) bah... kurang pemaaf apa siy gw?? hahaha... ask them who know me well! (ada ya? wakakakaka,,,,)
31. Be kind to unkind people (they probably need it the most.) rora gitu loh...
32. Sit on your ego fiuhhhh,,,,
33. Talk less; listen more salah... talk more, listen more. saya khan pendiam... hehe..
34. Slow down OK de....
35. Remind yourself that you are not the general manager of the universe ya iyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyya lah.....
36. Every night before bed, think of one thing you're grateful for that you've never been grateful for before OK OK... especially today. Thanks God!!! |
